About Mindful Men
Empowering you to take control of your health & wellbeing
Breaking the Silence on Men’s Mental Health
Are you struggling with your mental health? You don’t have to face it alone. Mindful Men offers a safe and confidential space for you to receive support through counselling and other resources. It’s time to prioritise your mental wellbeing.
We Do Therapy Differently At Mindful Men
Don’t like sitting in a therapy clinic? Let’s ditch it and take therapy outside! We bring therapy into your world – think walks on the beach, grabbing coffee, scenic drives, or just chatting in a park. We believe in creating a space for open conversation and shared experiences, where men can explore their true and authentic selves.
Therapy with us is a collaborative effort, not a one-way street. We prioritise your privacy and security, of course, but our approach is all about building a genuine connection in spaces that facilitate personal development.
Capacity Building Sessions For Disability
Are you seeking therapy as a capacity building support through your NDIS plan?
Here at Mindful Men, our therapy services are tailored to disability. We also consider accessibility needs when we book you in to ensure our services are safe, inclusive and meet your needs.
Engaging a new service provider can also be scary. You’re welcome to bring a support person to your session if you feel it would help you to ease into therapy.

Simon Rinne
Founder & Therapist
Living with mental illness is an exhausting, isolating, and daunting experience. It affects every aspect of our lives, from our mental and emotional wellbeing, to our relationships, and ability to focus and pursue our goals. I speak from personal experience, having grappled with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and burnout for the better part of 30 years. Over my journey I have learned healthy coping strategies that I know work, and share with my clients.
In 2021, I founded Mindful Men as a way to support men with their own personal development journey. By sharing my own story, I contribute to normalising discussions about men’s health and wellbeing. My mission is to draw from my lived and learned experiences to empower boys and men to get vulnerable, confront their inner struggles, and grow with the right support.
